Travis County invites the public to participate in community forums where residents will have the opportunity to present community needs and recommend projects for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for usage in the unincorporated areas of Travis County and the Village of Webberville. The information collected in the forums will guide the selection of CDBG projects for the Program Year 2016 (October 2016-September 2017). ExpiredTAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.5 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $9.12.
