Starting on Saturday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m., full closures of various side streets along westbound SH 71 will go into effect.
The closures and accompanying detours are detailed below:
Fallwell Lane
- Fallwell Lane at westbound SH 71 will be fully closured starting Oct. 29 and lasting approximately six weeks.
- Drivers coming from Fallwell Lane to east or westbound SH 71 will be detoured to the southbound SH 130 frontage road.
- Drivers coming from east and westbound SH 71 will be detoured to the northbound SH 130 frontage road.
- There are no tolls for this detour.

Bessie Avenue
- Bessie Avenue at westbound SH 71 will be fully closed starting Oct. 29 and lasting approximately six weeks.
- Drivers will be detoured to FM 973 then to Eva Street.

FM 973
- FM 973 at westbound SH 71 will be fully closed starting Oct. 29 and lasting until Oct. 31 at 5 a.m.
- Traffic will be detoured to FM 969 and US 183.
