In light of current heightened concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, and out of an abundance of caution for our volunteers and participants, the members of the Travis County Master Gardeners East Austin Garden Fair Committee and AgriLife Extension made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 East Austin Garden Fair scheduled for April 4th.

ExpiredTAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.5 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $9.12.
