Howard Lane Shared Use Path

Description

Install a Shared Use Path (SUP) on the south side of Howard Lane (aka McNeil Drive) from McNeil Road to McNeil-Merriltown Road.

Needs

This project will provide much needed bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure through a missing gap along McNeil Drive to allow people to access the Capital Metro Red line station near Mopac.
