Payment Information
Child and medical support payments must be paid according to your court order. Please make sure your obligations are paid on time and at the right place.
All child support payments should go to the State Disbursement Unit (SDU). Please send these types of payments to:

If child support payments are not paid on time they begin to accrue interest. You can apply for child support enforcement by filling out the VS-165 Record of Support Order Form (PDF). Once you have completed the Record of Support Order Form, you may submit:
