Dear Judge Eckhardt,

Please withdraw my application for appointment to Justice of the Peace, Precinct 5. As I mentioned, since the Court is seeking a permanent replacement, my circumstances do not fit the criteria for selection.

Thank you so much for your consideration, and I would very much appreciate you advising the other members of the Court of my decision.
