How to Determine that No Civil Bond Forfeiture Suit Has Been Filed:
The County Attorney’s Office can verify the status, and complete and provide the form to you. The Court’s Judicial Aide can also verify that no civil suit has been filed.
If a civil bond forfeiture suit has already been filed
You will need to contact the County Attorney’s Office to discuss resolution of the civil bond forfeiture suit. The County Attorney represents the State in these matters.
