The Travis County Civil Family Courts Facility is the new home for the Civil District Courts, the Civil County Courts at Law, and the Title IV-D Child Support Court. The courts located at the TCCF Courts Facility preside over civil cases and family cases. TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 12.7 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $34.51.
