Travis County Counseling and Education Services Department is committed to providing an environment which is free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and intimidation. Travis County Counseling and Education Services Department’s policy against harassment applies to all persons, including applicants, vendors, clients, and the public; it is intended to protect Counseling and Education Services applicants, vendors, clients, and the public from unlawful harassment by any person in connection with Counseling and Education Services Department activities. The Counseling and Education Services Department prohibits retaliation of any kind against applicants, vendors, clients, and the public, who, in good faith, bring harassment complaints or assist in investigating such complaints.

TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.5 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $9.12.
