Travis County CDBG invites you to comment on the proposed PY23 Action Plan. The invitation is available in English and Spanish (Español). Comments will be accepted from June 21, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. to July 21, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. or by participating in a public hearing on July 18, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. A draft of the proposed PY23 Action Plan, along with a related summary (in English and Spanish), will be available for download on the Travis County CDBG Plans & Reports webpage at: https://www.traviscountytx.gov/health-human-services/cdbg/plans-reports

TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.5 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $9.12.
