The schedule for this multi-year study is divided into two overlapping phases:
Phase One - Strategic Needs Assessment:
From June 2009 Initiation, Visioning & Assessment
through August 2010 Commissioners Court Approval of Strategic Growth Plan and Facility Requirements
Phase Two - Facilities Master Plan:
From February 2010 Initiation, Outreach & Analysis
through October 2011 (projected) Commissioners Court Approval of Master Plan
